Custom Home Builders Vern Haugen and Brad Orlich have been close friends for over 20 years. Between them, they have designed and built nearly 1,000 luxury homes over the past two decades with projects in Arizona, California, Nevada, North Dakota and Utah. Their friendship and shared passion for building encouraged them to join forces, bringing their more than 40 years of combined custom home building experience together to create a luxury townhome community without parallel. Brad is an Arizona native and Vern’s family moved to the valley when he was just five years old. Both men love the valley and each raised their families here. Brad enjoys backyard family BBQ’s and time in the pool with his kids, as well as the beauty of the surrounding desert and hikes in the nearby McDowell Mountains. Vern, an avid outdoorsman, spends his spare time hiking the local mountains, photographing brilliant sunsets, fishing our mountain streams and auto racing with his daughter.
